Louisiana Tech University’s Division of University Advancement has been recognized for achievement in fundraising communication in the 2020 Educational Advertising Awards competition.

Gold honors in the Fundraising Campaign category were awarded for the Giving Anniversary Card campaign, produced in partnership with Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL).

“This award-winning campaign allowed us to honor our long-term donors,” said Brooks Hull, Vice President for University Advancement. “Our partnership with RNL has yielded great results, beginning with our recognition for our Giving Day achievements in 2019, and our collaboration continues to yield benefits for Louisiana Tech.”

The University also earned a Merit award for its Direct Mail Advertising piece from the College of Business that focused attention on the College’s Annual Fund.

The 35th Annual Educational Advertising Awards is sponsored by Higher Education Marketing Report. The Educational Advertising Awards is the largest, oldest and most respected educational advertising awards competition in the country.

Earlier this month, Louisiana Tech University brought home five CASE Accolades at the District IV regional conference in Grapevine, Texas. Three of those awards were commissioned for the Division of University Advancement:

  • Silver in Magazines – 1894: The Alumni Magazine
  • Silver in Fundraising Video – Forever Loyal: The Campaign for Louisiana Tech
  • Bronze in Annual or President’s Report Design – 2018 Tech Report

Entries in the Accolades competition are judged by a panel of experts who are not current advancement professionals in District IV.
