Department of Economics & Finance
Programs of Study
The Department of Economics and Finance administers three undergraduate degree majors: Finance, Business Economics and Business Administration. The department also administers minors in these three areas. At the graduate level, the department offers a finance concentration in the MBA program and a finance concentration in the Ph.D. program.

Department of Marketing & Analysis
Programs of Study
The Department of Marketing and Analysis houses the marketing major. Marketing majors can concentrate in general marketing, digital marketing, sports marketing and sales. The department also administers minors in sports marketing and marketing.
At the graduate level, the department offers a marketing concentration in the MBA program and a marketing concentration in the Ph.D. program.

Department of Management & Sustainable Supply Chain Management
Programs of Study
The Department of Management administers two undergraduate degree majors: Management and Sustainable Supply Chain Management. Management majors can choose a concentration in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resources. The department also administers minors in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Business Leadership, Management, and Sustainable Supply Chain Management. At the graduate level, the College offers an entrepreneurship and innovation concentration in the MBA program and a management concentration in the Ph.D. program.

School of Accountancy
The School of Accountancy at Louisiana Tech University is one of the oldest and most respected accounting programs in Louisiana. We hold one of the first accounting-accredited programs in the United States and the very first in Louisiana. Our academic programs are designed to help students master the overall knowledge and develop analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to prepare them for the CPA exam and for a career as a professional accountant. We have continuously and successfully placed graduates into strong career paths because of the strong relationships we have with accounting firms and the corporate world.
Mission
The School of Accountancy is dedicated to the intellectual growth of its students and to their preparation for successful careers and productive lives. To this end, the School offers academic degrees in accounting at the undergraduate and masters levels characterized by extensive interaction between faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
We strive to provide each student with learning experiences to develop technical accounting skills, core business knowledge, analytical thinking, technological proficiency, and the ability to innovate and thrive in a dynamic global environment. To accomplish this mission, the School encourages faculty to adopt innovative and engaging teaching strategies, produce impactful scholarship, and establish productive relationships with the School’s internal and external constituencies.
Programs of Study
The School of Accounting offers a four-year accounting program for a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a fully integrated five-year accounting program for the Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree. The department also administers a minor in accounting for undergraduates.

Department of Computer Information Systems
Programs of Study
The Department of Computer Information Systems houses the CIS major. The department also administers a minor in CIS and the undergraduate certificate in information assurance and cybersecurity management. The College of Business is designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense and Research by the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security.
At the graduate level, the department offers an Information Assurance concentration in the MBA program and a graduate certificate in Information Assurance (NSA and Department of Homeland Security). The department also offers a CIS concentration in the Ph.D. program.
