GMAT Waiver Extended through Fall 2022

The College of Business at Louisiana Tech University will temporarily waive the GMAT and/or GRE requirement for applications to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Accountancy (MAcc) programs for the Spring, Summer, and Fall 2022 quarters for applicants with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.2.

The decision was made to extend the waiver through the Fall to further support prospective students who are navigating admissions and enrollment processes in the midst of the global pandemic in addition to the closure of some academic testing sites.

If you do not meet the minimum 3.2 undergraduate GPA requirement, we encourage you to take the GMAT as soon as possible. You can find more information about testing availability at You may also consider entering Louisiana Tech’s MBA program through the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration

Graduate Degree Programs

From multiple MBA offerings and a masters in accountancy to a doctor of business administration and certificate programs, our students are taught to examine complex problems and provide strategic leadership to organizations. We know that a strong foundation of business knowledge, along with a valuable professional network, will fundamentally change your career path.

We have numerous graduates who are partners with “Big Four” and regional accounting firms, others who have succeeded in businesses of their own, and many who are presidents, chief executive officers, vice presidents, chief financial officers or in other key executive positions in large corporations. We have also placed graduates in government careers such as the FBI, IRS and other state and national agencies.
