School of Banking Graduates First Cohort
Eighty-two bankers from across Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi attended the second year of the Louisiana Tech University School of Banking. Presented by the College of Business in collaboration with the Louisiana Bankers Association, the week-long professional development program aims to expand the skills and knowledge base of rising bank leaders.
First-Year Business Students Take Home Scholarship Awards in Annual Top Pup Pitch Competition
Team Curb the Carb took home the first-place prize in the 2023 Top Pup, an entrepreneurial pitch competition designed exclusively for first-year students in the College of Business. Winners Rex Bolls, Kylee Blackwood, Cam Hollis, Neal Lopez, Jake Patton, and Kaden West collaborated to create an on-the-go food service focused on providing healthy eating options.

Louisiana Tech has once again been recognized as a leader in graduate education according to the U.S. News & World Report 2023-24 Best Graduate Schools rankings released today. The College of Business was ranked No. 95 on the list of Best Business Schools (Full-time MBA)—up three spots over last year’s ranking.
